So glad we found this dealership and Kevin. I had just recently started looking for a new vehicle. We contacted Kevin and made an appointment just to look at Subarus. Things just fell nicely into place. What impressed most about Kevin was that he spoke to me about the vehicle. Salesmen at other dealerships directed their information at my husband even though I was buying the car. Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable and has a no pressure attitude. I had a phone call with Jon about ordering a new Impreza on Wednesday 09/7/22. He stated he would call/text me back that day after putting a few finance offers together and after speaking to his appraiser a on Wednesday 09/7/22. He stated he would call/text me back that day after putting a few finance offers together and after speaking to his appraiser about my trade in. I never heard back from him. I then followed up two days later (09/09) and was told he was with a customer and I had to leave my name and number with the girl that answered the phone, he didn't return that call. . . I tried to give him the benefit of doubt so, I then called once again the following day (09/10) to only be told he was with a customer yet again and that I had to leave my name and number AGAIN (for the 2nd time) and he would call me back that day. I never heard back from Jon. I was going to try another salesperson but was trying to give Jon the benefit of the doubt and didn't want to give his sale to someone else. I had such a bad taste in my mouth from the lack of communication coming from such an esteemed dealer that I ended up purchasing my new vehicle elsewhere the following day from an automaker brand not Subaru. I did deal with Laura Owens at the dealer and she is the only employee who had any type of professionalism and was quick to communicate. So kudos to you Laura! More

Kevin was great throughout our whole buying experience .
