I will say I had to wait a few days longer for a part for my repair,supposedly due to the current UAW strike. I was told after the first delay that Dellen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram could provide me a 10% disc my repair,supposedly due to the current UAW strike. I was told after the first delay that Dellen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram could provide me a 10% discount for the additional wait but that was never followed through with on the Invoice. 10% would have been nice given the fact that the cost of the piece was a bit ridiculous to begin with, but that is the way of the world today; everyone charging over the top on prices. In fact a UAW strike will only exasperate the issue but can't blame them when the Auto Sales groups charge what they charge for new vehicles now days! More

First Dellen vehicle was purchased in 1991. The vehicle I drive now, in 2016. I use Dellen for service not only to comply with the Warranty Forever requirements but also I believe in returning The vehicle I drive now, in 2016. I use Dellen for service not only to comply with the Warranty Forever requirements but also I believe in returning to dealership as long as the service is satisfying. My wife informed me that there was a rubber piece on the hood that was loose and flapping in the wind so she stuffed it back under the hood. I have not checked that out yet but it happened the day I returned home from my recent oil change. I will check to see if it is somehow a worn seal or if it was accidently torn loose during the service call. I did return immediately after the service to have the tire pressure reset to the recommended pressures. More
