Dellen Dodge has failed to meet expectations on every level. I have been a long-time customer for the past 15 years. The last several years they have gone downhill from sales to service. The last 2 ve level. I have been a long-time customer for the past 15 years. The last several years they have gone downhill from sales to service. The last 2 vehicles I purchased left me upside down on the loan due to inflated pricing. I had a dodge charger I needed to sell last month. I owed 12k on the loan and found the vehicle was only worth 8k. I contacted Dellen to sell it and they only offered me 5k! I took it to another dealership the same day and sold it for 8K! My current Jeep Cherokee is worth 12k and I owe 20k. On the service side, I had the jeep in due to a check engine light and rough running engine. It turned out it needed a tune up and a new coil on one of the cylinders. The cost for this tune up would have been $1005! I took it to another mechanic and got the work done changing all 4 coils for $550. I also bought a warranty which was useless. The warranty would have only covered the one coil with a $250 deductible: leaving me a balance of $805 for the “tune up”. The other mechanic said the one coil was only $129… so Dellen was charging more than $250 for the coil for the deductible to even kick in. Beyond that it has had a shifting issue which I thought was the transmission. I had taken it in several times for this last year and Dellen could not find anything wrong with it. As it turns out it wasn’t a transmission issue, it was the bad coil causing the shifting issue. The other mechanic told me right away that a bad coil will make the car feel like it has a transmission issue. You would think that after Dellen could not find a transmission issue that they would have checked the coils. The cherry on top of the cake was after I chose to take the jeep to the other more reasonable mechanic; Dellen charged me a $170 diagnostic fee. What a joke. Also, whenever you call service, they never answer the phone! The call just keeps getting sent back to the poor operator. I am done with Dellen on all levels! They are not trustworthy and price gouge their customers! More

I brought my Jeep in for a check engine light. Autozone read the check engine light code and it said ignition coil cylinder 3 misfire. I made an appointment with the dealer and you said both bat Autozone read the check engine light code and it said ignition coil cylinder 3 misfire. I made an appointment with the dealer and you said both batteries needed replaced. The batteries were replaced and I was told everything was fine. I left on vacation 4 days later and the check engine light came back on. I stopped at an AutoZone and they read the code and it was an ignition coil misfire on cylinder 5. Obviously there is an ignition coil issue with the Jeep and your tech missed it. Now I’m a 12 hour drive from home spending my vacation time dealing with a repair you failed to fix. I would give you a zero star if I could. I buy 2 new cars every 4-7 years. I felt like I got one of my best deals at Dellen. But based on the issues I’ve had with this Jeep and the failure on this service, I think I’ll look elsewhere for my next Jeep. Darrin Couch 2020 Gladiator More

The service is good and the new building is very nice, but I am disabled and it’s very difficult for me to stand up from a normal height chair. I always liked the red stools that were next to the soda mac but I am disabled and it’s very difficult for me to stand up from a normal height chair. They need to be cushioned and have a high back for a customer to be comfortable while waiting. More

They should have pulled it in the garage bay and have it dry for me when I picked it up. Instead, it had rain all over, so I didn't notice the dent and paint spot on it. They are taking care of it, but it's been a hassle going back and forth to the dealership to get it taken care of. More
