The car was to be available in 2-3 days but in the interim Irwin and I were able to get a lot done on the phone and email. 2 days later my wife and I met Irwin for the first time. Irwin is very polite and knowledgeable and PATIENT. Everything he promised and everything that we wanted were perfect. We were in and out in about an hour with our new ILX.
