Jesus' level of customer service was A+ My husband and I came in to trade in and purchase 2 cars on 3/10/18, one of which was an 11 year old Acura TSX puchased at Delray Acura. Once I chose My husband and I came in to trade in and purchase 2 cars on 3/10/18, one of which was an 11 year old Acura TSX puchased at Delray Acura. Once I chose the ILX, Jesus promptly explained the differences in the feature packages. What I really appreciated was the fact that he didn't try to move me to a more expensive package once he learned abut my needs. I also liked the fact that he encouraged me to do something different and that was to buy a car that wasn't black (my first one!). I may not be able to locate my new car in the parking lot for a few weeks, but I'm very excited about the change. During the negotiations, Jesus was very customer oriented without making us feel berated. He efficiently and professionally presented our offers, and he also explained Eric's and the dealership's perspective. Once completed, he proceeded with the paperwork, insurance and financing matters with patience and precision. His constant attentiveness for our well-being during the waiting period and his effective communication skills and kindness demonstrated that he understood the meaning of customer service. Eric was an effective negotiator and he, too, ensured that our experience was one that would ensure our loyalty. We left joking, that you would see me back on 11 years but only if Jesus was there to facilitate my purchase. Jesus was personable, professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of the sale and process to get my new car ready to leave the lot on the same day of purchase. He even ran to get me to place my license plate on my new car! And his service did not end even once I drove away. I received a text with information about my husband's car, and a reminder to take my groceries from the trunk. Do you have a satisfied customer??? You bet! More

Bill was fun and patient and extremely thorough. He teamed well with Sales Manager, Derek Brubaker, and together they fashioned the perfect deal for the perfect car. Best car buying experience ever Arrived at Delray Acura late in the afternoon and was greeted by Jordan pair. He was a wonderful salesman, patient, knowledgeable friendly and friend Arrived at Delray Acura late in the afternoon and was greeted by Jordan pair. He was a wonderful salesman, patient, knowledgeable friendly and friendly. He spent over two hours with us making sure we have the right car and we’re comfortable driving the RDX paperwork. Will return the next day and he spent another hour and a half with us helping with setting up the initial functions of the car. He and the entire staff at Delray Acura were wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a car! More

Making it easy! looking and buying a car is one of the most stressful things we do, other than purchasing a home. So, when one finds a dealership and a person to assist you that provides anticipatory service and makes it easy for you (like is hard enough), then you appreciate the person and the business. That is what i found at Delray Acura when leasing a new car for my wife. Irwin Baker and their finance manger are superb and true pro's. you feel this the moment you walk in to the time you leave. this is a product of great leadership and caring service from the top down.
