Great Experience! I reached out to Delray Acura with a bit of an unusual request. I spend part of the year in the northeast and I really wanted a 2018 All Wheel Drive M I reached out to Delray Acura with a bit of an unusual request. I spend part of the year in the northeast and I really wanted a 2018 All Wheel Drive MDX,. It's a bit difficult to find AWD vehicles in South FL! I visited a Honda dealership in this area and inquired about an AWD Pilot. The salesman essentially blew me off by indicating that he would limit his search to his market- Miami to Tampa. I then went to an Acura dealership in the Palm Beach area where I was told they identified my 2018 AWD MDX in Tennessee and would have it delivered here in a few days. Great! Only two weeks later it was quite apparent that the sales manager mislead me and was not able to deliver on his promise. Bye-Bye! Delray Acura was a breath of fresh air! They listened carefully to what we wanted. They indicated that they would have to order the car from the factory and guaranteed delivery within 6 weeks, or they would return our full deposit. They offered a very fair deal, including a satisfactory trade on my 2011 Pilot. The vehicle came in less than four weeks as ordered! Nothing like doing business with a dealer that under-promises and over-delivers! Fair deal, great communication and a pleasure to deal with! Love our new MDX! Thank you Eric Rice and Ron Hirsch!
