In just over an hour I test drove an RDX and negotiated what I feel was an extremely fair price. There were no tactics, they didn't make me wait for an hour while they pretended to work a good deal, and they took care of my lease that was about to expire. It's a smaller dealership that feels more welcoming than the larger places where there's always 10 guys waiting to swarm you when you walk in. I dealt with Eric R. who was very friendly and helpful. I wanted a specific car that was not available at that location. He was able to track it down quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and answered all of my annoying questions. I'm a transplant from the Midwest and definitely enjoyed the hospitality they showed. I would totally deal with both him and Delray Acura in the future! Great experience. More

After our consultation, he suggested a car that would fit our needs (Acura ILX). He then went over features and color options. When I selected the car that I wanted he went the extra mile to find the car and have it delivered to the dealership the next day. We were so appreciative that he took the extra time to explain everything and keep everything organized. He also took the time to introduce us to the Finance Manger Claudia. When it came time for us to sit down with her we were again impressed with how well she handled everything. Her experience as Finance Manager shows through her knowledge of the products. She matched us with an even better than expected finance option, which elevated our buying experience.
