He is the only car salesperson who we have ever returned to more than once due to great experiences. He made every effort to make sure I was happy and comfortable, without the haggling that most people experience when purchasing a car. Much of the negotiating was done over email and he stayed true to what was quoted, without adding on fees left and right. It was very refreshing and I never felt pressured or put on the spot.
