He is the only car salesperson who we have ever returned to more than once due to great experiences. He made every effort to make sure I was happy and comfortable, without the haggling that most people experience when purchasing a car. Much of the negotiating was done over email and he stayed true to what was quoted, without adding on fees left and right. It was very refreshing and I never felt pressured or put on the spot. He was very friendly and upfront about all the costs and alternatives, and took the time to help me adjust and set up all the car features to my preferences before leaving. Thank you Phil! More
