Most salespeople I've worked with knew less than I knew about their product. Not the case with Andrew. He literally was the most knowledgeable salesperson I've ever worked with. He knew everything about the MDX. I know that since I'm very technological myself and have had several Acura and Honda vehicles in recent years, all loaded with advanced technology packages. We drive a lot. We use the heck out of the technology. WE know the products. So does Andrew. I cannot tell you how many times a salesperson didn't know the answer to a question so they threw some xx answer at me, hoping I would swallow it. Andrew was nothing like that. The entire sales experience was pleasant. Right down the final business transaction. I've only recommended a dealer a handful of times in my life. Not being a fan of the whole car buying experience, I was not excited about this endeavor. My mom is even less fond of the car buying process...she detests everything about it! My mom, my daughter, and I walked into Delray Acura, my mom plopped down on a couch while my daughter and I browsed. Eric politely offered his assistance. I ignored him initially (as I always do with sales people!) He politely persisted, offering his expertise. We test drove the car we had been eyeballing...and that got the ball rolling! I loved the car! Then I had to worry about my mom who I had left alone on the couch! Eric was very understanding and did all he could to expedite things and make it a pleasant experience! Eric even ran the car down the street to my mechanic to have him look it over for me! We came back later that day, ready to buy the car. I was concerned with the wait time because I knew my mom would be very irritable with this process. Eric had everything prepared when we arrived! He made it very simple! We could not have been happier with Eric's professionalism and his courteous service. He really accommodated me and my special needs because my mom (who had to be there because the loan was in her name) would have preferred to be anywhere in the world besides a car dealership!!
