In an effort to avoid long wait times, I was pro active in I making an appointment, showed up on time for the appointment and still waited 2 hours to mount and balance a tire. The service rep was not good at communicating the wait time and just kept telling my daughter 20 more minutes, 20 more minutes. I brought the car there a couple months ago because my Apple Car Play was not working. they said it needed a part and they would follow up with me. I haven't heard from anyone in months. I asked about the part when I made the appointment and was told when you come in for your tire I will update you on the part.While I recognize some things are out of the Dealerships control nonetheless I purchased a $110,000 vehicle that still does not have a working Apple Car Play. I have not been updated to date. More
