Smooth and efficient experience What a positive experience! I was fortunate enough to find my new vehicle with George Deeb and the staff at Delray Buick GMC. From the get go, Geor What a positive experience! I was fortunate enough to find my new vehicle with George Deeb and the staff at Delray Buick GMC. From the get go, George was not the type to pester or call non-stop upon my initial inquiry. After at least a week I was able to find sometime to view the car. George had it out front and we were able to get to things asap. He was understanding of a few body issues (they agree to repair) and negotiated as faithfully as can be hoped. Upon returning to sign at the terms he and I had agreed upon. There was a small discrepancy with the deal as he and I understood it, and how management did. Ultimately they honored the terms we had agreed upon and did so with professionalism. Once I got to the dealership I was on the road with a full license plate, financing approved, car registered in approx 90 minutes! It was a very welcome surprise! (I assumed I would be paying and coming back a day or two later). Mike in finance, was able to get me a lower rate from my pre-selected institution and easily prepared different closing statements based on my preferences on downpayment/financing structure. The guys were professional, the dealership was comfortable and I could not really ask for more. I would not hesitate to buy a car from them again, I would probably start their first. George was my favorite salesperson to work with over the course of a 4-6 week car search. Keep up the great work! More
