Very professional car buying experience You know those car dealers where the Sales guy runs back and forth between you and the manager with numbers scratched all over a piece of paper? Or ho You know those car dealers where the Sales guy runs back and forth between you and the manager with numbers scratched all over a piece of paper? Or how about the one where the Sales guy says “just initial here next to these numbers and I’ll try to make it work” and he runs off to the manager’s office and comes back with something “close”. Well, when you work with James Geraghty at Delary Buick GMC you won’t have to worry about playing any of those old car dealer games. You sit down with James, he turns the computer monitor so you can both see the system, and he shows you exactly how the pricing works, with all the incentives available. No back and forth between him and the manager. He knows the system well and he’ll show you the best price you can get the first time. He’s truly a sales professional. Although it took me 3 trips to the dealer to make a decision, there was never any pressure to buy at any time, never trotted me in front of the manager to try and get me to buy before I left. And in the end, it was a smart move for him because I ended up spending a little more money to get all the features I wanted. I was also very happy that I sat with James for the entire purchase. Never had to go to the managers office, didn’t have to go to Finance to sign the papers, James walked me through every step of the process and double-checked everything to make sure it was right. Was definitely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thanks to Mark Willis in Service for introducing me to James. Very happy with my new GMC Acadia SLT. More

One of my better car buying experiences I've been a Mercedes customer at the Pompano and Delray Beach dealerships since 1999 (E's, S's,and SLK's) . I became fed up with the lousy automobile I've been a Mercedes customer at the Pompano and Delray Beach dealerships since 1999 (E's, S's,and SLK's) . I became fed up with the lousy automobile quality, a general lack of customer service and too many service reps that didn't know the first thing about cars. After a great driving experience in a rental Acadia, I researched the vehicle's features, costs and reviews. Delray Buick GMC is close to my office so I swung by. I was greeted by a friendly employee working the reception desk and offered a cup of coffee. She introduced me to Jeff Know, Product Specialist, who did great job listening to my requirements instead of talking about what he had to offer. Chris Brown, New Car Leader, introduced himself and worked with Jeff and I to refine my requirements. After Jeff heard me out, we took a look at some of the vehicles they had in stock. None matched my needs so Jeff went on the hunt. After a few days of emails and calls, he found the right Acadia and was kind enough to drive 70 miles round trip to pick up my Acadia. Tony Eroglu, Finance Director, did an outstanding job of making the financing a breeze. He was genuinely interested in saving me money while recommending add-on's that made sense. While service was detailing the Acadia, I got an opportunity to chat with JC Kent, General Manager. JC's "customer first" attitude really comes through. He was made this attitude the mission of the dealership and you could see that attitude in every employee I met. Great job guys! More
