Not onlt did Terry Pfister, the Internet Manager, spend countless hours going back and forth with me via email answering all my questions but everything we discussed was what was presented to us when it was time to sign. My husband and I felt secure that we understood everything that we were paying for and also felt confident that we were given a very fair price. Before I drove off the lot, Fernando Pagan took the time to explain all the ins and outs of my new car and the GM J.C. Kent gave me his cell phone number to call if we had any issues. Then Shoshana (the Finance Mgr.) took over.She prepared the MANY forms to be signed and filed.Due to a little computer glitch, many had to be re-done and she could not apologize enough. Marty spent a long time showing me all the features in the new Verano. So, all things considered , the team at Delray Buick GMC made the grueling task of buying a car as pleasant as possible. More

I bought my preowned Buick Enclave 6 days ago and there were a couple issues I wanted corrected once I bought the car. Mark scheduled for me to bring in my car yesterday for the repairs. He was very polite, arranged for me to get a courtesy car so my day would not be disturbed or I would not be inconvenienced. Everything was done in a very timely manner so that I was able to make all of my appointments on time. He kept me abreast of the repairs being done during the day and informed me at what time my vehicle would be ready. He also got my car detailed before it was returned to me and I received my vehicle at the stated time. We went over the repairs together to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I live in West Palm Beach and there are dealerships closer to me but due to the excellent service that I receive I would travel the long distance. More

I have been a satisfied customer of this dealership since 1997. I use the service department for all work on my car and therefore it is easy to keep excellent records. My experience was phenomenal at delray buick gmc. Gerald duchatelier was such an awesome salesman. He was very patient and attentative to my needs in what type of car I wanted. Over the course of my purchasing experience with Delray Buick GMC, I was introduced to and assisted by a half dozen employees, all which experience. Over the course of my purchasing experience with Delray Buick GMC, I was introduced to and assisted by a half dozen employees, all which were extremely accommodating. The service representative I worked with for the majority of the experience was Marty Infield. I couldn't ask for a service consultant with more product knowledge, integrity, and willingness to go out of his way to make the entire experience more pleasant. The difference between Marty and a common salesman is the fact that he genuinely cared about my family and me. When you can prove to a customer that you are selfless, dedicated, have integrity and most importantly can show that you really care about them, it is at that point where to that customer, you are much more than just a "sales person". I had phenomenal communication with Marty and Jeancarlos for the five indecisive days it took me to arrive at my final decision. They were both punctual and prompt with their responses to all of my calls and emails, further facilitating my tough purchasing decision. I briefly met Magic, who was a really nice guy and made for very interesting conversation. Magic lent his expertise relative to my credit and other interesting financial discussion, which I enjoyed. On the date of purchase, I met with Shoshana to finalize the financial end of the transaction and she was very helpful. She was particularly enlightening with regard to her field in good discussion, and clearly a personable and intelligent young woman. Lastly, I have to thank Aric for asking this team of employees to assist me in my purchase. I received elite service from all of the named above, and if the remainder of operation is ensuring this type of service to be a commonality, then I would say you have an elite dealership with a key advantage over any and all competitors. I would not hesitate to send referrals because I am confident anyone who works with the staff that I met will receive the same great service.
