First of all, it was my third vehicle that I purchased from this dealer. All paid cash. All new. Greg was friendly, but he told me that 2014 Terrain models are not yet available. They are, in fact. The new car had some scratches in the back, the employee did not check the car for perfection. I had to mention it to him to get it fixed.
