I called the dealership on a Monday afternoon for an oil change and general check-up on my 2010 GMC Terrain. Bob Heinsohn was able to schedule an appointment for me that same afternoon. I had some general questions about the car which Bob answered for me. The whole procedure was accomplished with a short wait on my part. The waiting area was comfortable. The coffee and doughnut were good. I was able to watch my regular TV show on the wide screen TV. More
