Unbelievably bad Seviceand Treatment. Agreed over the phone on an out the Door Price before I would consider the 2.5hour drive to get it. Arrived at 1000am as scheduled. Car not in Delray ,instant over an hour away .Waited 5hours to get it back to Delray. THE OUT THE DOOR PRICE and that it wasCPO car was agreed ahead of time. Once car arrived told not goingto be CPO and won't replace worn front tires either. They finally agreed to extend powertrain to10yr/ 200k miles with an outsidevendor.. .and after yet another hour finally got the. Price back down to the originally agreed out the door price.. Ibrought a tire depth gauge ,1was at4yellow band and the other was under 4showing in the Red band. Yes ,I bought it as it was the right color and otherwise in greatshape for a 2023 with only 22k miles.Dealership experience nowhere close to Lexus or Audi where I bought. my last 2cars. 🚨Scam artist and liars🚨 I came from out of town to purchase a used vehicle, that they swore up and down that vehicle was looked through and everything is clean and perfect. I was notified the vehicle purchase a used vehicle, that they swore up and down that vehicle was looked through and everything is clean and perfect. I was notified the vehicle will need tires in about a year. Not even 48 hours a brake light comes on. I have the vehicle inspected and was hit with 4 tire replacement, front brake service and found the RF wheel to bent. I’m disappointment and upset. Next time you purchase a vehicle from genesis of Delray I’ll recommend taking it to another dealer to perform a pre purchase inspection. They sell vehicle in poor condition and boast about how perfect they are. Unfortunately I was scammed and mislead. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to you as well. More
