Absolutely false. I have text messages from the sales person Marcus stating the car was still available. He knew exactly what he was doing. In fact more than one message confirming the car was there. Then when my husband went in at the time agreed upon to purchase the car, Marcus began taking his personal info to make the transaction. It wasn’t until my husband. Said let’s see the car one more time that Marcus brought him out to show him a different car knowing the one in question had been sold. He attempted to take all of his intimation and stated that he was just going to give this car instead. I am not finished ensuring that Palm Beach County is aware of the disgrace this company is. This dealership is a scam and clearly takes advantage of people that aren’t savvy enough to see through them.

P. Romero, After speaking with the sales manager, we understand that your husband was interested in a Sonata and made an out-the-door offer. When the offer wasn’t accepted, he decided to leave. Unfortunately, the specific vehicle he was considering was sold later that same day. When he reached out again, we let him know the vehicle had been sold but also offered a similar option that might meet his needs. Our team at Delray Hyundai was simply trying to find a helpful solution, knowing that the original vehicle of interest was no longer available. We’d be happy to arrange a conversation with our General Manager if you’d like to discuss this further.
