Dishonest and Disappointing Experience! I recently purchased a car at Delray Hyundai and was told I would receive free all-weather mats if I completed their review survey. I followed thr I recently purchased a car at Delray Hyundai and was told I would receive free all-weather mats if I completed their review survey. I followed through and gave them a very positive review with a 9.66 score — clearly reflecting my satisfaction at the time. To my surprise, when I contacted my sales consultant, Marcello Betances, I was informed I would not be receiving the mats because I didn’t give them a perfect 10. Seriously? A 9.66 isn’t good enough? That’s ridiculous and incredibly misleading. This kind of bait-and-switch shows a serious lack of integrity. If they only reward perfect 10s, they should be upfront about that. I feel taken advantage of and disrespected as a customer. I would never recommend this dealership. There are plenty of other dealerships that will treat you with honesty and respect — Delray Hyundai is not one of them. More
