He was really patient and made sure that everything worked out well for me. He made the whole process easy and no-pressure, which I really appreciated. When it came time to do the paperwork, Cody in Financing was awesome too. He walked me through everything clearly, explained my loan options, found the best deal for me and made sure I felt comfortable with the terms. Overall, everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me out. I’m really happy with my Palisade and would definitely recommend Delray Hyundai to anyone looking for a smooth, honest car-buying experience. More
Everyone at this dealership were very organized and very friendly. I have been taking my car to Kendall but prefer Delray and will now use them. DO NOT USE THIS HYUNDAI! BEWARE! I initially called Delray Hyundai on Friday September 26, 2025 to schedule a service appointment for multiple issues, including a partial bum BEWARE! I initially called Delray Hyundai on Friday September 26, 2025 to schedule a service appointment for multiple issues, including a partial bumper replacement, door push-button repairs, an oil change, a full detail, wiper blades, and tire rotation. During my first call, I was put on hold, told the systems were down, and then hung up on. Later, I received an email confirming an appointment, but when I called to clarify, the staff did not know what the appointment was for and refused to connect me with the service manager. I left a message expressing my dissatisfaction and mentioned I would reflect it in a survey. When I went to the dealership in person, I was told by staff members Matthew a service manager and GSM Mario that my car would not be serviced because I had “threatened a survey” and that the dealership did not need my business. I asked for the general manager’s name and was told there was none, and I was forced to leave. They literally told me to leave the premises. I also attempted to contact Hyundai Corporate to file a complaint. This level of service, lack of transparency, and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. I would caution anyone considering Delray Hyundai that customer service and proper management appear to be serious issues. Save yourself from this frustration and use another Hyundai. More
One of the best cars buying experiences ever, it was truly exceptional from start to finish. I always feel uneasy every time I must go through the process of leasing or buying a car, but the team there truly exceptional from start to finish. I always feel uneasy every time I must go through the process of leasing or buying a car, but the team there made it very enjoyable, transparent and with absolutely no pressure at all. I specifically want to thank Adan, who gave me a great deal with my new Palisade even though I asked him to give me one more day to think about it. Patricia was also involved in the initial communication with me, and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The next day, she was not available to help me, but she asked Marcello, who was professional and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. The entire team made it feel completely different, and they were friendly and efficient. When it came to financing, the final price was exactly as negotiated, with no last-minute surprises. With all honesty, I highly recommend Delray Hyundai and its phenomenal team. Thank you all. More

He wanted to walk off and be patronizing so I gladly talked him off the drama cliff. Not my circus, not my xxxxxx.
