We had a great experience at Delray Hyundai on our purchase of a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. Our sales person, Blake Lomicky was wonderful. We did not feel any of the high pressure sales tactics tha purchase of a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. Our sales person, Blake Lomicky was wonderful. We did not feel any of the high pressure sales tactics that we had experienced at other dealers. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very patient in teaching us all of the new technology and safety features of the car. Blake was personable, patient and very kind. Horrible service. They doesn't honor warranty June 2026: Last time this dealer haven't added oil change sticker on my windshield. Called Hyundai Delray The staff were rude on the phone and unwilling to help with my 2020 Tucson, even though I had the vehicle towed to their location. They claimed I had never been a customer, despite the fact that I have receipts proving otherwise. They also refused to honor the engine repairs covered under my extended warranty, even though I provided the warranty documentation. On top of that, I left six voicemail messages requesting updates on my vehicle's repair status and never received a callback. This is the third—and definitely the last—time I will use this service center. My experience has been consistently disappointing, and I cannot recommend them. DO NOT GO THERE! More
