I contacted the dealership over a week ago to have a recall item serviced on my 2020 Toyota. I arrived 15 minutes early and was escorted to the waiting area. 90 minutes later I was advised my car was recall item serviced on my 2020 Toyota. I arrived 15 minutes early and was escorted to the waiting area. 90 minutes later I was advised my car was ready. When I went to the desk, I was told that the parts necessary to address my recall had been ordered and should be in in a couple days. I was told my car had been washed and it was still dirty. I wasted an hour and a half and now I have to return to have the service. Very disappointed. More
