Inquired and offered 54K for a vehicle that was listed for 58K, Charles Gaskin responded promptly (A+) but basically shot me down. For lack of imagination, he basically told me to go screw myself. I can write a long story about his indiscretions and unprofessionalism, but I don't want to bore you. Bottom line: typical cocky car sales person behavior. No regard or gratefulness for customers or leads. He's got the attitude like he's doing you a favor by taking your money. I'd run for the hills. Oh, and pretty much every car they offer can be found cheaper online. More

I had a great experience with Tim Mickens as my salesperson! He was patient, responsive and made the whole buying process easy; the financing process was simple and streamlined as well. Even though I arrived close to closing time, Tim and the staff stayed late to make sure my purchase happened that night since I live an hour and a half away.
