Thank you for your review, However let's give a little more details as to what transpired with your so called application. The first application we received was not even in your name which grew some suspicions. When we asked to speak to the individual who was on the application you told us that they speak no English. Well we found that odd since they work in a Hotel. After getting that person on the phone and asking some credit related question they did not pass our interview so we choose not to proceed with your application. Here at Deluxe as much as we want to sell vehicles when we receive an online applications we do our do diligence to verify the identity of that individual and if that person can not verify what's on there credit report we stop the process.

Very difficult to use the word "miscommunication" for this experience. We spoke with Ray almost daily after my visit and there was no miscommunication about our intentions to buy that car as soon as it was available. I was told "it was being prepped" each call and "don't worry.....my mgr knows you want the car". Being in the area i stop by and I'm told twice by a nice guy Carlos, "my mgr said that car sold last night", and even gave me a detailed account of how and exactly when it sold. Ray said something completely different "oh we sent it back for repairs". Whose lying here?
