We live 88 miles away, so we conducted the majority of our business over the phone. He picked up 95% of the time and if he was busy I got a quick text explaining. We did video chats so he could show me the car and run a complete diagnostic test. He even picked up my husband from the bus station. I'm so in love with my new GL 450! I'm so thankful I got it at a great price, from an awesome sales representative and a reputable dealership. The car saleman, Adelson, showed me the cars that I was specifically interested in and gave me his undivided attention. He was open and honest about all the details at each step of the way. This made the whole car buying experience much more comfortable and knowledgable for me. The manager, Dotel came through and made sure to get me approved by the bank swiftly and painlessly to get the deal underway. The finance gentleman was able to save me some more on the monthly payments. I felt fully informed during the process. After dealing with car salesman that only tell you what they think you want to hear and having a cpl of deals fall through I was relieved to end my car hunt off with this positive experience. The cherry on top was enjoying the ride back home in the car the same day. More
