Great experience I wasn’t even “looking” for a car.... but when I came across this car online I told myself to just see if it could work with my trade in. Mr. Gaskins I wasn’t even “looking” for a car.... but when I came across this car online I told myself to just see if it could work with my trade in. Mr. Gaskins was very attentive to my specific needs and made a deal work! Being 3 hours away he was very responsive and made me feel comfortable with the transaction. I drove up the next day and the paperwork was ready to be signed. In and out in an hour including a tutorial on the vehicle. I am very happy with my purchase. Strange With an happy ending I went to deluxe to see a vehicle I was greeted by kathia I pulled out my phone and showed her the vehicle I was interested in seeing she started by t I went to deluxe to see a vehicle I was greeted by kathia I pulled out my phone and showed her the vehicle I was interested in seeing she started by telling me that vehicle was in the “INDOOR SHOW ROOM” and then she had me wait 20 minutes while she got a hold of a manager…. Later on she told me that vehicle was actually not available anymore and she has a red one here at the highway store. I told her I wasn’t a fan of that color car I came here specifically for the one I saw online she then said please please please buy this one buy this one while putting her hands together like she was praying half of the time I couldn’t understand her little English very strong Spanish accent when I ask to go check out the indoor show room she said “pero why” I have another one here to….?either way the dealership was awesome lots of nice cars I truly just had a bad experience with the sales rep the communication wasn’t there and I couldn’t understand her and she kept begging and pressuring me to buy a vehicle that I was not interested in ….. 45 minutes later she actually decided to drop me off at the indoor room which was filled with beautiful cars upon entering I was greeted by Chris he was fantastic and extremely helpful I ended up leaving with the car I initially came for and with a head full of knowledge thank you deluxe auto sales thank you Chris I highly recommend because of Chris and the manager… More
