I bought MB e 550. Manny and the staff on a scale of 1 to 10 I give a 15!!!!I was totally shocked after starting at the lot. Then going around the corner to the showroom warehouse. The entire process from test drive , negotiating with the manager etc was out of this world. This is the first time I am writing a review. Terrible experience, terrible manager, terrible dealership I had emailed the dealer prior to me making the 1.5 hour drive to ask about the fees they charge. I was told the only fees they charge is a 399$ docum I had emailed the dealer prior to me making the 1.5 hour drive to ask about the fees they charge. I was told the only fees they charge is a 399$ documentation fee. When I go see the car and talk about price they tell me about the 399$ doc fee plus a 995$ "prep/shipping" fee, which "they have to charge me." I get a hold of the manager from the other location, (the lady that told me they only charge 399$) and told her about my 995$ fee. She was very surprised and unsure as to why I was charged this. So it looks to me the same company that has two locations is charging two different prices. I was then told by my salesman that they will take away the 995$ fee "that they had to charge me" but then reduced my trade by 1000 to make up for the fee they lost, after we had already discussed my car's worth. Then the manager told me in order for them to give me the additional 1000 back on my trade in value, they have to inspect my car, which was never agreed upon. They tried scamming me 1000 and thought that I didn't do my research prior. These people are fools and Danny is a scam. Stay away for lack of better words More

Grateful I have to say dealing with deluxe has been challenging but rewarding. Why I say this because I had the pleasure of buying a car which I loved my snoww I have to say dealing with deluxe has been challenging but rewarding. Why I say this because I had the pleasure of buying a car which I loved my snowwhite a ML 350, at the time of purchase it had 22 inch rims/wheels. It was purchased with an extended warranty, after many good miles the car needed work. Warranty company voided the claim and terminated the contract based on modification(rims/wheels). When We contacted deluxe after many grueling hours and many jumped hoops from both parties I am proud to say deluxe came through. Helping me get exactly what I needed to make me happy. To make my family drive a safe vehicle. They took it upon themselves to correct this mistake. A company should be judged by how they handle an obstacle or an issue a customer might have, and at this time I can say Deluxe came through. Thank you for allowing us to feel secure, safe and at peace while we drive. Thank you for allowing us to express our frustration and never giving up to make sure we as the customer felt heard and understood. Special shoutout to Christian who busted his booty (lol) in making everything possible and to Renato for just being an honest salesperson. You guys ROCK!!!!! More
