I called the dealership after I found a car online that I was interested in. The person who answered (Sue) was very helpful and made an appointment for us to see the car. On arrival, we were impressed by the dealership’s facilities. The building is beautiful, and there is ample parking to pull in, a friendly receptionist, and a high-tech sign-in process. Rafael shortly came out to greet us, offered us bottled water, and informed us that someone would bring the car to the showroom (which was well lit!). Rafael escorted us to the car, and the doors, trunk, and hood were all open so we can thoroughly inspect the car. Rafael told us to take as long as we needed and left us alone--he wasn’t hovering or pressuring us--and checked on us every 10-15 minutes to see if we had any questions. I’m knowledgeable about cars and wanted to see the underside, so Rafael let us go to the service department and put the car on a lift. I combed over this car with a magnifying glass and didn’t find anything that disappointed me. We left the dealership to think about it, and Rafael texted me right away thanking me for my time. The next day (Rafael’s day off), he texted me again. While I was thinking about this car, Rafael was available to answer all my questions. He also took additional photos and video demos of parts of the car I asked him about. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and knew every function and switch. Overall, Rafael, was a pleasure to work with. He was professional with a great sense of humor. This superb experience extended to all staff that we encountered at Deluxe--we were introduced to workers as we passed them, people shook our hands--everyone was friendly and welcoming. First-class service, plus an incredible inventory of cars. End of the story? We bought the car (though we weren’t able to negotiate much on price, but it was priced fairly to begin with). During pick up, they put gas in, cleaned the mats, and made sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend this dealership, and working with Rafael! More

Rafael stayed late to show me specifics about the car after I purchased it. He is wonderful. The only reason for the four stars is because the loan department wasn't as thorough with loan options. I still recommend this dealership! More

Audi purchase I called literally one week ago to discuss an Audi A5 that I saw on Cargurus and was lucky enough to speak with Rafael. I called from out of state whi I called literally one week ago to discuss an Audi A5 that I saw on Cargurus and was lucky enough to speak with Rafael. I called from out of state which is not ideal for purchasing a car. Rafael was kind enough to take three videos of the car, as well as photos, and honestly point out imperfections (which were few). I was immediately impressed with his honesty, his attention to detail and his customer service. Over the course of the last week, he has responded to all of my questions and made me feel as though I was his most important customer. We finalized the purchase yesterday and somehow he managed to get the car here - more than 1,300 miles away - today. He was excellent and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a car - even out of state. My experience at Deluxe Auto Sales was positive solely in part because of Rafael.
