I called the dealership blindly after find out that the truck I had purchased in March had significant issues w I worked directly with Jim Schumaker. I called the dealership blindly after find out that the truck I had purchased in March had significant issues with the manifold bolts. I was burned pretty badly by the dealership in Mundelein, IL. I thought I had a warranty on the vehicle, but they sold me a Canadian vehicle without telling me. I disclosed all information to Jim about the vehicle and asked him my options. He was very fast with correspondence and made me feel comfortable with the distressful issue. We came up with a plan of action to include a trade-in on a rebated new vehicle. This allowed me to get the lower interest rate, a bumper to bumper warranty, and because of the rebate my payment had hardly changed. Jim took care of me there and I am happy to write this review for him. The entire dealership was very kind and easy to work with. More
