Worked out 99% of the deal on the phone which made it worth the trip on an early Saturday morning. A quick back and forth once they checked out my trade and we were set. Team was great starting with Internet sales contact Michelle, then Sales Consultant John W, Sales Manager Kory B and Finance Manager, Leo P. Tom Dempsy the owner stepping in to get things done which was great, hands-on ownership! You can't ask for much more.
