I don’t like the fact that you give me an option to do a maintenance package as I scheduled my appointment but then when someone picked my car up they were charged double . The 195,000 mile package cost me maintenance package as I scheduled my appointment but then when someone picked my car up they were charged double . The 195,000 mile package cost me $450 but that’s not what you offered, and no one follow up on any changes. I will not buy another Kia car which I had already picked one out for January, I don’t wanna be ripped off again More

I had a Great experience with a recurring electronic rear brake issue. The senior Managers and all the to advisors to the Technicians' to include the KIA Service Technicians worked their tails off to FIND * brake issue. The senior Managers and all the to advisors to the Technicians' to include the KIA Service Technicians worked their tails off to FIND * FIX fix a" GHOST" issue.. No Codes and messages didn't help, BUT they never gave up!! More
