I was looking for a very specific color and trim level Ford F-150 Lightning. Worked with Haley who answered my specific questions about the vehicle on their lot and provided a walk-around video. The price is the price but given the low doc fee compared to my state it was still competitive. They also shipped it to me on the East Coast for a reasonable fee. Had to wait a week or so but the truck did arrive in my driveway and very happy with the purchase so far. It's always tricky buying a vehicle from a dealership over 1000 miles away as they know you aren't going to them for service and aren't going to recommend local folks but this experience was a thumbs up for me. Do not purchase from this dealership. I purchased a used Cadillac that looked in good shape and salesman Rich said it's in near mint condition. I had it shipped to NY . It was out of gas I purchased a used Cadillac that looked in good shape and salesman Rich said it's in near mint condition. I had it shipped to NY . It was out of gas coming off the trailer which Rich promised to send me fuel cards , NEVER did. I drove it to work one the next day. Had to go straight to repair shop for 3600$ in am new suspension work . Dealer wouldn't help me unless I signed a release form stating they did nothing wrong.THEY KNOWING SOLD ME A DAMAGED VEHICLE!! More

I’ve never dealt with a car dealership where I actually felt like they had absolutely no desire to sell me a vehicle. All was fine until I asked for the “Out the door” price, then things turned cold in a h felt like they had absolutely no desire to sell me a vehicle.
