I had a telephone agreement to buy a pick up and this salesman sold it out from under me without even calling me first. I am of the age that a gentleman‘s agreement is honored. I was looking for a very specific color and trim level Ford F-150 Lightning. Worked with Haley who answered my specific questions about the vehicle on their lot and provided a walk-around video. The price is the price but given the low doc fee compared to my state it was still competitive. They also shipped it to me on the East Coast for a reasonable fee. Had to wait a week or so but the truck did arrive in my driveway and very happy with the purchase so far. It's always tricky buying a vehicle from a dealership over 1000 miles away as they know you aren't going to them for service and aren't going to recommend local folks but this experience was a thumbs up for me.
