Overall Great Buying Experience After 19 years of owning my Ford F150 it was time to upgrade. Not looking forward to this process, searched out online the vehicle that was exactly what I wanted and that was thru Dennis Snead Ford. My salesman was Rich Sousa and all I can say this turned out to be a very painless and enjoyable experience!!! The entire staff at Dennis Sneed Ford were very personable and eager to have my business.. Entire process start to finish took about 3 hours and I walked out with the new vehicle that I wanted with all of my concerns, addressed and taken care of, minus a scheduled rear bumper realignment. Rich stated he is setting up something closer to my home with another dealer, or repair group so I do not have to make the over 1 hour trip to Gower. All this stated the proof is obviously in the pudding, if this vehicle performs as well as my previous vehicle performed and lasted with primarily just scheduled maintenance items to adhere to I will be ecstatic!! Again huge credit to the entire Dennis Sneed group and my salesman Rich Sousa as he was above and beyond expectation!! We live an hour south of Overland Park Kansas and made the trip to Gower Missouri. It turns out, it was up by the KC Airport, just north of Smithville. We worked with Claudia, she was very friendly and patient, We must have walked around for an hour looking for the perfect car.
