Not only did Sneed Ford have the model and color vehicle I wanted, but the deal being offered on the completely-loaded, former Ford Executive vehicle was many thousands of dollars less than an equivalent vehicle I was being offered locally in Ann Arbor, Michigan! Having never purchased a vehicle sight-unseen, and out of state before, I was more than a little intimidated at the prospect of driving 700+ miles to a dealership I'd never dealt with before, but all of those fears evaporated the moment I met my salesman, Rich Sousa, early Saturday morning after an all night drive. Rich and Sneed Ford treated me with all the same respect and professionalism that I would have expected from my local Ford Dealership, and I couldn't be happier with the service and the vehicle itself! Excellent Service Experience I brought my 2018 Mustang GT in for its first and complimentary oil change. The Sneed service team was able to fit me in on a Saturday and had me in and out in 30 - 45 minutes. The only reason it took as long as it did was because I asked them to look at a minor issue with the car. They addressed the issue without hesitation and consulted me to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Very happy. More

These guys were flexible and willing to work with me to get me into the car I wanted. Any question I asked received an honest answer which I really appreciated. The only negative things I have to say about my new car is that not even two weeks after I bought it, I found out that the terminal that fits over the battery was a little to big so sometimes my car would not start. I’d have to pop the hood and jiggle the terminal downward for my car to start. I went to an auto shop and they put a shim over the terminal and since then I have had no problems starting my car. All problems aside, I would definitely recommend this dealership. I am very VERY pleased with my Ford Focus! More
