I knew he was trying to treat his customer the best way he can while on the phone. My flight was delayed, and he was there waiting for me after 7pm. We had left some expensive items in our trade in and he was kind enough to mail them to us as it is a hour drive from lees summit to Gower and we already made two trips up there. Speaking of the two trips it had to do with the kind of Edge we bought. A manufacturer buy back and they did not have the title in house. They had to get that from Ford. No reflection on Justin at all. This is the second Edge we have bought from Dennis Snead Ford, its worth the trip from LS to get the price and service from DS Ford. Highly recommend More
