Car buying made effortless. I look on line for the car of my choice. Then sent an email to say I was interested in one particular car. Rich Carnahan personally called me from t I look on line for the car of my choice. Then sent an email to say I was interested in one particular car. Rich Carnahan personally called me from that email and asked the best time that I could come for a visit and take a closer look at the vehicle. I took a nice relaxing drive to Dennis Sneed Ford in Gower Mo. Rich met me at the door and showed the car that I selected and discussed on the phone. He is very professional and displayed many details of the car and then let me look it over myself. After seeing me satisfied, he suggested a test drive. While driving he read off all of the options and at the same time expertly helping me with some controls that I was becoming familiar with. What a fantastic experience, I was sold. I had to have that car. Rick Moss the sales manager met with me briefly and offered a price that I could not turn down. The only stipulation was that I was on a time crunch. He then introduced me to Ruth Espeland and she handled all of the paper work that gave me the customer the best deal of financing. While she was going through all of that process. Rich Carnahan took me back to the Service Department and introduced me to Brian Gatewood the Parts and Service Director. What a knowledgeable individual, he checked the servicing and made time for a state inspection.. everyone was so considerate of my time and well being. I was on a time crunch so I had to return to pick the vehicle up... When I returned Rich Carnahan again met me at the door and I was taken right into Ruth office to sign and initial some remaining documents to satisfy all of the legal aspects. It was quick and very efficient, such a pleasant visit. Everyone made me feel like I was the most important person there and everyone was concerned with my time and comfort. It was a hassle to have to come back to complete our purchase because they did not have the title to the car there since it was almost a hour drive for us to get there. I was not happy with the way Ruth treated me. I was told she would call to let me know the title had arrived and I could pick up the car. I ended up having to call her instead. She asked when I would be in I explained around 12 noon. She did not seem happy about that on the phone but said ok. When I arrived she had a sales rep in her cube and I was told it would be just a minute and she would get to me. After waiting 30 minutes for their conversation to end she proceeded to take her lunch break instead of handling my paperwork and getting me out the door. So I waited almost a hour to be taken care of. Once I was finished and got the keys, I went to leave and the car had enough gas to go 10 miles according to the estimated miles left. If you know where this dealership is located that is just enough to get you to a gas station. I didn't expect a full tank but that seemed a little on the cheap side. They also had the car for two days after we said we would purchase it. You would think that would give them time to at least vacuum the inside and clean it a little. While the prices are very good here some of the service is subpar. More
