Nice people in the Service Dept, but need to learn how to be honest with their customers. I made an appt for 9 a.m. and was there on time. Left the car for a dealer instsalled option, was told they would put be honest with their customers. I made an appt for 9 a.m. and was there on time. Left the car for a dealer instsalled option, was told they would put their "Master Tech" right on it. I called at 1 pm and the car hadn't been looked at. I was told it should be done by close of business. Received a voice mail after close of business indicating it probably wouldn't be done. Supposed to be done first thing next morning. Long story short, I didn't get my car back until the afternoon of the next day. I would have had no problem with this if I had known ahead of time. Even then, offering me an alternative of another day would have been fine. I realize things come up, but for the love of Pete, communicate with your customers. My husband runs a global medical service organization, and this is not how they treat their customers. More
