Truck was posted for $40,998 on their dealership website and on AutoTrader. Tuesday, 11-24-2020 I called and discussed the truck, they asked that I send my VIN and Miles of my trade, so they could provide a and on AutoTrader. Tuesday, 11-24-2020 I called and discussed the truck, they asked that I send my VIN and Miles of my trade, so they could provide a trade value. I told them I would come Saturday to buy the truck. The following day McKenzie Head called to tell me they priced the truck wrong and it was supposed to be $51,499. I asked to discuss with the sales manager and was transferred to a man who said his name was Lee, but refused to provide his last name, the dealer website says his full name is Lee Hockensmith. Lee refused to honor the deal. This reeks of bait and switch they advertised one price and substituted it for a second, or they got an offer after mine and acted on it. Either way, poor business practice and poor ethics. More

Poor quality cars and the salesman was a liar. I would NOT recommend anyone to this dealership. They are selling lemon cars. They wouldn’t wash the car we bought and now I know why. There is a giant crease in the door that will cost thousands to fix. They don’t put gas in the car or give you a second key. It’s all the little things combined that made this a terrible buying experience. I would never go back again. More
