We (my husband and I) virtually had to chase down this car. We did all the follow up and still arrived to the dealership with excitement. As we approached the car that we had seen online only, we discovered a dent on the drivers side rear wheel well. Our sales person had failed to mention it but did explain it was a used car and we should expect that. This car is a 2019 with 634 miles on it. I would not consider that a USED car. Regardless, I was very disappointed for her lack in telling us. We were 4.5 hours from home and had told her we would be there by 1030am and we were treated very short as we arrived because she was with someone and yet here we were excited to see our car to be disappointed with an unannounced dent. So proceeding into the vehicle there was black all over the drivers seat, the dash board looked like cleaning spray had been sprayed on it and left to dry. In the back seat, both seat belts had some sort of grease smudge on them. On the outside, the car had been washed but dryed spots left unmaintained. A very sad delivery of a car to someone who was very excited to pick up her dream car. We finished the paperwork and headed off home. Upon getting home, we discovered the back up camera was not working nor was a front headlight trim was working. Needless to say, Shottenkirk has had my car for 2 weeks now trying to fix the back up camera. I was told that a Sneed Ford had ordered a back up camera on October 22nd but returned it since they had sold the car. I gave Sneed my confirmation that I would be purchasing the car on October 21st and picked up the car up on October 24th. They never mentioned a bad back up camera. Yes I did test drive the car with McKenzie from Sneed in the car and she had asked me to turn around in a wide turn around to head back to Sneed. I never had to back up the car during my test drive. Regardless, upon hearing about them ordering a back up camera, my husband called Sneed to get a better understanding. He spoke with Lee and explained how we feel we were seriously mishandled. Lee said the dent should have been fixed and he would pay our bill from Shottenkirk to fix the dent. We have had the dent fixed and the car looks fabulous. Unfortunately, I am still waiting on my car due to the back up camera issue. Shottenkirk Burlington has been amazing even though they did not sell me this car. Sad part, I have not gotten to drive my car but 5 days since I purchased it. I feel Sneed's was very dishonest and gave a very poor delivery of a very luxury car. Thank you Lee for your kindness. Only one comment. After spending all that money on a vehicle and the gas tank is empty why not fill it up. A$10.00 gas card is kind of a insult. It cost me that much to get back home.
