Vehicle was in service to check on a vibration problem. The only fix was software updates on the engine and trans. where the vibration still exists. My “works” package took almost 2 hours. I was there at my appointment time, was told it would be ten minutes... that ten minutes turned into 40 minutes before they took my car back to get started.
