Unfortunately, my first car had so many problems that Ford ended up buying it back but Dennis and his team made sure that I was taken care of. As with virtually all dealerships, the financing department is pretty sketchy so I strongly recommend arranging financing beforehand. My 849 credit score "qualified" me for a 5% interest rate on a brand new car? More

Mega dealership in the middle of nowhere If they don't have the new or late-model Ford, or late-model Lincoln you're looking for, it probably doesn't exist. Very friendly and professional dealership; however, they were so busy on the Saturday I was there the staff couldn't keep up. Unless you got time to spare, I suggest going during the week. Rich Souza would be the salesperson to deal with, but they all seemed to be very friendly and professional. Don't let the size of this place intimidate you...they've got golf carts for transportation. :>) More
