Not good I purchased a truck that was advertised to have navigation. Upon getting home and playing with the features I discovered it did not have navigation when I contacted dealership they apologized and said that they would take care of it and is now been two months And I still do not have my navigation working correctly I’ve been in contact and they just keep tell me their trying to figure out the problem. And I am dealing with the managers at the dealership and have to constantly keep on them you would think being a big dealership they would put out the money and have it fixed correctly More

Would never deal with them again. Trying to buy a car from this dealership, long-distance, was a very bad idea. This was all done through texts and e-mails. While Baron seemed to be helpful and responsive in the beginning, he lost interest in getting to the finish line while trading documents and information. He dropped the ball in trying to get a "legal" document approved before a set date to pick up the vehicle. He lost us when he said he was too busy to get back to us on the previous day to explain why the finance team decided our "Power of Attorney" wasn't legal enough for them. They later they changed their mind and decided it would be okay for our relative to use the authorization we notarized because we weren't' financing the car. I don't know why the finance department couldn't have called to explain what they needed and keep the deal going. We wasted a whole day on that fiasco. Baron also said, "I tried to call but I got an answering machine so I didn't leave a message" Not sure why he didn't just try to call my cell phone. He knew all along that we were paying cash for the Mustang and were not financing. The whole deal started to go south when his manager, Rick Moss, took a call from me and seemed so disinterested in hearing from a customer. Rick lost an opportunity to give us some reassurance that they would do everything they could to get our deal completed in a timely manner. I asked at least twice for them to scan and send the final documents so we could review them before our relative went to sign and pick up the car. No one ever did that. In the end we decided it was just too much work to continue to deal with these unprofessional sales people. We thought maybe they were trying to hide something when we told them our relative would be coming to check out the vehicle before taking possession of it. If you're going to accept an offer to buy a car long distance, you should have the expertise to do it and they do not! They do not have the capability to get it done. I felt like I was the one following up every day to keep things going. Their actions do not instill much confidence. More

I will not take away from the things they got right. Since then, however, things have gone quite poorly. The title/ bill of sale for my car was lost in the mail, and that is not their fault at all. However, no one from the dealership reached out to let me know it was ever even sent out, so when I finally called them about it 3 weeks after I purchased the car, I discovered that it had been missing for 15 days. By this time it was long gone. I've called at least a dozen times about receiving new paperwork and potentially new temporary or dealer tags since mine are now expired and I can't even get a straight answer when I'm on the phone with them, let alone a call back. It's clear that because they've already gotten my money and sold the car they could not care less about anything outside of that. I still have not heard from them, and while I understand this review will not make them call me any faster, I thought someone else might want to know this before buying anything from them. Initial Review: I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Fiesta with the help of Dave Campbell in their sales department. Let me first say that I am young. I don't have great credit, and finding a car that I can finance (to build some credit) has been so difficult. They worked with me and not only got me a great car, but managed to get my payments $300+ lower than anyone else I'd been to and reduced my APR By nearly 11%. With lowered payments I'll be able to pay more than what's due and potentially refinance even more quickly than I would have been able to. They weren't pushy; They didn't call a million times begging for my businesses, but they were so helpful. Dave explained everything I was signing in detail before I put one drop of ink on the paper. Although the dealership is a far drive from the city, I would buy every future car from them. My experience was amazing and I highly recommend Dennis Sneed Ford. More
