Poor service I emailed and texted the dealership numerous times, I was responded to a couple times basically ignoring the info I gave them. I had to repeat the inf I emailed and texted the dealership numerous times, I was responded to a couple times basically ignoring the info I gave them. I had to repeat the information I shared about trade, payments, and many other things 3 times and the received a response saying I'll talk to my manager. She the contacted me 2 days later saying he would give 7k sight unseen for trade not addressing any other questions I had. I asked what they could do for payments and never received a response again. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Hard to understand how this dealership stays in business with such poor follow up on potential sales. Really embarrassing service. More

I wish I had gone somewhere else! This was the slowest moving, most frustrating transaction I've ever endured. Communication was absolutely horrible, and downright offensive at times. It took nearly a month to purchase the vehicle, then another 2 weeks to get their paperwork corrected for DMV. When the car arrived with an 18 inch crack across the windshield, they even attempted to bribe me to remove my prior bad review, in exchange for replacing the broken windshield. In a word, I would describe Sneed Ford as SHADY. I will advise my friends and family to stay away from Sneed! More

So disappointed I consider myself an educated person. I had been researching vehicles and prices for months. My son and I spent 6 hours today at this dealership plus I consider myself an educated person. I had been researching vehicles and prices for months. My son and I spent 6 hours today at this dealership plus 3 hours driving time to get there and back. Our experience was a disaster from the beginning. We found the vehicles we were interested in, but had to track down a salesperson for help eventually. Had to drive a golf cart to the vehicles. Our salesperson had no clue where they were even though we were pointing them out. She drove us back down to her manager to ask where they were, which they were where we told her. The 3 vehicles we wanted to look at would not start. All of them were dead. Had to drive back down and get a battery starter. Went back and she couldn’t get them started. Back down again to get mechanic. This time as she was backing the golf cart up she almost hit a car, and my son and the mechanic had to yell at her to stop! However my sons knee hit the car! Back to cars. Finally after hours of this got to drive 2. She knew nothing about them. Took a lunch break came back tested another and said I would take it. Then couldn’t get them to be clear on financing. Wanted me to start paperwork even though I kept telling them I couldn’t do it at that monthly payment, and they knew what I was willing to do financially. Waited and waited to talk to finance guy, and I finally got up and left. Also, beware that the prices look good, but there are several “buyback” vehicles. Do your research on that beforehand please. Hate leaving a poor review, not the kind of person I am, but if it helps even 1 person then I am glad I did. More
