Poor service. Asked them to find why there car was smoking after a recent repair by a competitor. They didn't do a full check. They didn't find the problem. We found that there is a leak of fluids near top of water pump that was repaired. Still not fixed. Disappointing. More

Made an appointment for my transmission recall gave them my car and they told me they would call when they were done. Never got a call so I went to pickup it up for them to tell me they didn't have the part my car and they told me they would call when they were done. Never got a call so I went to pickup it up for them to tell me they didn't have the parts and to schedule for next week when they are in stock. Next week I drop my car off the night before so they have the full day to repair it, that following day I get no call and go there. They tell me they never had the parts and would call me when they got them in stock, it's been about a month and I haven't received any call or notification from them. More

Lance and the service team took great care of me! I needed some work done quickly and had gotten a quote from another place in Smithville. I called Lance and he said he did not think all that stuff was needed some work done quickly and had gotten a quote from another place in Smithville. I called Lance and he said he did not think all that stuff was wrong with my car. And he could get me in the next morning. Because of his honesty I saved $250! And I was out of there in an hour and a half. I will never go anywhere else then Sneed Ford More
