Vehicle was in service to check on a vibration problem. The only fix was software updates on the engine and trans. where the vibration still exists. My “works” package took almost 2 hours. I was there at my appointment time, was told it would be ten minutes... that ten minutes turned into 40 minutes before they took my car back to get started. Back-Up Camera - Poor, nothing done, still broken. Camera malfunctions intermittently, mostly while raining or after. Camera was working on the beautiful day the vehicle was scheduled for maintenance. More
