Absolutely DO NOT buy from them! ! I bought a used car from them and within a few months of owning it the flex plate broke I had it towed to the shop in May with promises of them gett ! It is now the end of August and it is still not finished and they keep coming up with excuse after excuse. “We are short handed and there’s a few more cars in front of you.” “I’m sorry we got it on the lift now we’re just waiting on parts” “your parts are on back order” “ Sorry we just had a tech put in some guys motor in wrong so they have to tear it apart and start over. They should be starting on your car Wednesday and it should be done no later than Friday” Which was last week. I’ve called twice this week with a promise of someone getting back to me and nothing. I called them at 2pm today and 3:30pm and it just went straight to voicemail.” So if I were you I’d definitely use CAUTION with this dealership. I completely understand that things happen it this is going on 4 months of being in the shop and I’m paying $600 a month on a car that I can’t use and I have no back up car. I’m sorry but this is absolutely RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE! I will never ever buy another vehicle from them again! More
