It didn't take long to learn that the everyone we met there in the show room waiting for service was happy with their job. When it came time to trade a couple of years ago the process was very professional, starting with a real understanding of our requirements. This is the most important step in any sales transaction. Disappointed, they lost my truck. Very disappointed, service done early in 2019, they broke the positive connector off my right side battery, didn't fix it, just close the hood. December service, they managed to lose my truck after a recall and oil change. I will be using a different Ford dealer if i have any more recalls after this. I worked with a really nice lady named Carley(sp), she actually helped me find my truck and then processed my paperwork, she was very good. My normal guy, not so much. More
