Pleasant Car Purchasing Experience Walking into the dealership I knew the new vehicle I wanted and had done a fair amount of research on my trade in and likely purchase price. The salesman and I had an open discussion and he respected my views and the research I had done. I also respected the feedback he provided me. Due to personal time constraints, I returned a second day to complete our discussions. I believe everyone involved was truthful and honest and the trust level between everyone aided in completing the transaction. I was not over pressured or pushed to accept anything I didn’t want or need. I am a repeat customer for this dealership and again was very pleased with the purchase process. More
