Had a heckuva night with wrecking my vehicle while traveling for our daughter’s gymnastics competition. Minor damage but we were at a spot where we were already planning on getting a new vehicle. Saw the Dodge Durango that we wanted at Denton Dodge and called early this morning was immediately connected with Nick and confirmed that we would be there this afternoon. Nick and Jordan both provided us with remarkable sales service and got us exactly what we needed and exactly when we needed it. This was the best car buying experience I have had thus far and I’m on my fourth new vehicle purchase. More
Well.... we just moved to Denton and live close to this dealership. My wife had a check engine light come on in her Wrangler. She Called the service department and they made an appointment for her to drop dealership. My wife had a check engine light come on in her Wrangler. She Called the service department and they made an appointment for her to drop off the jeep at 7 am, no one telling her it would be a day and a half for anyone to even look at it. The lady she spoke with made her feel like she didn't even want to leave the vehicle, I convinced her that it was a jeep dealership, it would be fine. She called several times to find out what was happening with it because she was without a car, no one mentioned a loaner to her. The jeep got fixed two days later, but she didn't feel like the service department wanted her business. In the meantime I made an appointment with them to get the oil changed on my 2021 Ram truck for Monday 1/3. I arrived for my appointment, told the young lady that I had an appointment, she looked at my truck and said oil change is that it? I said "well when I made the appointment on your website it said tire rotation included", she said "no it doesn't, you have to add that on". I told her okay, just do the oil change. She said fine and I saw on the screen it was going to be $100 and I said the appointment I made said it would be $59 with a tire rotation and she said, that it was last years promotion and it was $100. Than she said do you have a screen shot of the amount? I don't generally take screen shots of those types of things so no I don't. I was not feeling like they really wanted my business, and I was getting agitated for the way she was responding so, I told her I would get my oil changed somewhere else. I backed out of the bay and checked my appointment confirmation in my email. I showed the $59 deal, you would think she would have seen it with my appointment information? I went back in to speak to someone in charge, I wish I would have gotten his name. He pretended to be interested but wasn't listening to anything I had to say. All that did was make me more agitated. The point of this long story is I was looking for a place to have my vehicles serviced and in 2 1/2 years buy two new ones. This service department doesn't seem to care about return business and the gentleman I spoke with pretty much said that. I will not return and I will let people know how they will be treated here. I bought a new Ram truck from Denton Chrysler in July 2021. I was happy with the sale and my salesman. My issues start with the service department. I first went in to schedule the first oil change, and d 2021. I was happy with the sale and my salesman. My issues start with the service department. I first went in to schedule the first oil change, and discuss the low mpg I was getting. First they said because it is 4 wheel drive. I told him my last truck was a 4 wheel drive V8 GMC with mutch better mpg. Then he went into a story about a gate for the fuel. I went on because I don't like smoke blown up my behind. I also finely got out of him that the first oil change is done at 5k, I was currently at 3. When 5 k came around I returned and was told to bring the truck in the morning and it would take no more then 2 hours. Plus they would look at a couple other issues while it was there. I brought the truck in at the scheduled time and the service manager and I went over what they were going to do. One of the issues was the phone charger was intermittent. I was showing him and thankfully it was acting up at that time. Next he then told me they were gong to take longer then 2 hours. He told me that they would provide a shuttle to take me home. I agreed but was assured it would be done this afternoon. After 2 hours waiting on a shuttle I proceeded home, but not before making the service manager promise to call me and pick me up this afternoon. Around 4:30 I started calling. I was put on hold once for 30 min and another time for 45min. At no time was I able to talk to anyone in the service department. So at 7pm the service department closes and I called the General Manager. He said he would look at it in the morning. Late morning I heard from the service manager and they just got the oil change done. I asked him about the other issues, he said he knew nothing about it. He was going back then to have someone look at the other issues. I asked him to send a shuttle so I can pick up my truck. When I got there I was told that they ordered some parts and the oil change was done. He then told me they couldn't duplicate the phone charger problem. So they want me to live with paying a lot of money for a truck that is not complete and witnessed by the salesman and another service manager as not working. This is the same service manager that likes to blow smoke. I was very happy to have my truck back from a 2 day oil change, and get away from the smoke blower. A week later I get a message that they have scheduled my truck for an oil change and I need to bring the truck to them on the scheduled day. I called my salesman because I think he is the only person their that I trust to look at what is going on. I don't want another 2 day oil change when only a couple hundred miles have gone by. I gave them some credit and thought they meant to schedule it to replace the defective parts that were on order. Come to find out no parts were ordered. I can say with 100% accuracy that this service department is incompetent. I don't have enough faith in them to put air in my tires. More

I bought my first RAM here in 2019 Initially service was excellent. Lately though, at least the last 3 months (2021) service has sucked here. You cant get ahold of anyone in service. When you do get someone on the line, they have ZERO clue. The receptionist is totally ignorant. The service scheduler has no idea what planet she is on. I would never consider buying a vehicle here if you need good service. More

Sara was great. Waiting for almost 3 hours when I was fully funded as not. I did not feel like they wanted my business because I brought my own financing. Then, when I was in financing, the numbers were fully funded as not. I did not feel like they wanted my business because I brought my own financing. Then, when I was in financing, the numbers were all wrong. I asked if they’d refund the deposit I made using my credit card and the finance manager said it was a new machine he didn’t know how. I do not feel good about this transaction because of the way I was treated after agreeing to terms. More
