I was informed that when speaking with our Service Manager, he told you that we would honor the $59 price as you stated that was the price listed when making the appointment. Chapy, I apologize again that you had a negative experience. According to Service Management, we had multiple technicians try their phones with your vehicle to recreate the issue you described and none of them appeared to have problems with the charger. From my understanding we also offered to replace your phone case for you in case that was interfering with the charger and we offered to get you a new wireless charger in the vehicle. We have not heard back from you on this so that we may try to resolve your concerns. If you would please reach out to us, we would like the opportunity to see if we can get this corrected for you.

No nothing was offered to me. Only what I stated in the first comment. Your guy that likes to blow smoke may tell you these things but it is not true. Plus for your information, I do not have a case on my phone. Please get the story streight before you make a fool of yourself.
