Robin, I spoke with the Service Manager and he said he was very sorry that you had this experience with our service department. Unfortunately this was something that should have been better communicated on our end. He said that it should have been checked prior to make sure we could transfer everything over including the sensors. All I can do is apologize that we dropped the ball and tell you how very sorry I am that some of your time was wasted. If you are in the area, please stop by and see Service Manager Kane Patterson. We would like to add some fuel to your vehicle for the trouble of having to come back.
