Great service people, seem to really want to help. Courteous and respectful. They are smart, and I feel confident with their evaluations. I am disabled, and one of the young ladies (a smart servic Courteous and respectful. They are smart, and I feel confident with their evaluations. I am disabled, and one of the young ladies (a smart service manager(?) escorted me out to my car,I didn’t even ask! Another smart service manager offered to drive my car with me to evaluate some concerns I had. He was very knowledgeable informative, putting me at ease. . I also noticed that the staff seem to truly enjoy their work. They are professional, yet, kind, helpful, and respectful, even to each other(!)- which speaks volumes….! Customer Service waiting areais open, clean, with refreshments and fresh flowers situated in different places, and of course, they wash the car before returning it to me, which is typical-but since the experience in this store is so good it just really adds to the whole positive quality of the visit. The new Mazdas vehiclesare situated adjacent to the Customer Service waiting area. I love looking at all the beautiful new Mazdas, almost as fun as going to an art gallery! I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you for an excellent experience, Group 1 Mazda! More

Pretty large selection of vehicles, patient with allowing multiple test drives and clearly explained the options available.
