Deceptive Financing Tactics. Awful Service. After signing for a loan, I was told I was ending up paying a higher interest rate in the end because of "all my student loans". Excus Awful Service. Unlike many others, I worked my b--- off and paid off my student loans! Wow. Outright lie. Women, beware! Fast forward, my CX-5 has the very (very) well-known issues with the "ghost radio". In my line of business, confidentiality is very important. I was at a stoplight several years ago (with others in the car) and the ghost radio phoned a client while I was at a stoplight - twice within a few seconds! I subsequently contacted Group 1 Mazda several times over six years. Each time, they used gaslighting techniques ("Tell me again...What is wrong exactly?", "We're not familiar..."). In addition to gaslighting, they more than once offered to check the problem out for $500 to "see if it needs a software update or if something else is wrong". I called again in recent weeks to give them another opportunity to work with me on the radio (a daily nuisance) before purchasing a new car...elsewhere. More

We brought our CX90 in with no appointment on a Wednesday for an oil change as well as a steering concern. The Service Director John, Met us in the drive and got an understanding of our steering concern. H for an oil change as well as a steering concern. He was able to take care of the issue which included the need for a new rack and pinion steering along with our regularly scheduled maintenance. We picked our car up Saturday with everything being completed including the completion of a computer update as a part of a recall. John was extremely personable and professional. Nobody looks forward to going to the service department so a big Thank You for making our visit great. More
